BEACH LINE VILLA REMODELİNG & RENOVATION (SARIMSAKLI, AYVALIK/BALIKESİR –TÜRKİYE)
This two story 45 year old breach line villa located at the beach line limit for construction and is located just behind the Marenostrum Beach & Wedding a prestigious establishment of famous SARIMSAKLI BEACH of AYVALIK Türkiye. This Villa was totally renovated externally and remodeled internally including but not limited to most living quarters using our Remodeling Kits presenting how dreams can be converted into unique functional designs which can be real life implemented with our cost effective manufacturing techniques.
Two story BEACH LINE VILLA Renovation & Remodeling included first floor guest bathroom with addition of space for washing machine, laundry supply storage, shoe storage, corner sink and spotlight mirror both having corner storage space. First floor kitchen open to dining room and living area was renovated using existing country style wood cabinets all were reworked with modern counter top, sink, with all new ancastre and corner island/cabinet serving kitchen/dining area. Second floor bathroom was similarly updated with new shower, dryer and storage cabinetry. Here we also presented other relevant examples of our Renovation & Remodeling capabilities such as clean-up of surroundings, roofing, plumbing, electric works, yard work with auto-watering, security Wall, outside wall insulation, and automatic water back-up storage system.
