Upon you email receiving our assembly process video if you have any question or concerns you can reach us by (pre scheduled mutually acceptable) whatsapp call with your qualified carpenter (must be approved by your remodeling designer architect). Upon receipt of your written approval and receipt/draw of your final payment we will disassemble your custom remodeling kit and shipping container crate them (fully video captured to be shared with you and insurance company) for shipment your specific receiving address/customs anywhere in Turkiye and Europe.
